What's the most useful course you took in school?

Posted on Oct 15th, 2007 by muthaphall : Learner muthaphall
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 10, 2007:

Perhaps the most useful course that I ever undertook would be engineering at college. Although many years have elapsed since I left college the basic principles learned for solving complex equations have stayed with me so that I am easily able to get my head around new unrelated subjects requiring the application of logical thought process.

At school, my most enjoyable subjects were English and Art. I loved writing essays, stories, plays as well as studying other people's literature. Art was a favourite because I was artistically inclined back then, and would spend many peaceful hours producing sketches of my own not necessarily school-related. Although I did not go on to pursue a career requiring English literature or artistic skills I continued to enjoy a hobby writing in private, and have found that writing has helped me to get clarity on many issues playing in my life.

Peace..
